What we do

Switch Home Security is an independent advisory and referral service. We help homeowners compare professionally installed, professionally monitored home security options and connect them with licensed providers or authorised dealers. We are not a monitoring company, and we are not the customer service or support line for any provider you may currently be with.

No affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Brinks Home™, ADT®, Vivint® or any other security provider. All company names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification only. If you need help with an existing account, contract or bill, contact that company directly.

Quotes and pricing

Any pricing given by phone or shown on this site is an estimate, is subject to change, and depends on your address, the equipment selected, credit approval and service availability. Monitoring requires a monitoring agreement with the provider. Installation charges may apply. Nothing here is a binding offer.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over, located in the United States, and the homeowner or authorised to make decisions about the property. Renters generally need the property owner's written permission.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information, and only provide a phone number you are authorised to use.
• Do not use this site unlawfully, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.

Third-party providers

Any agreement for equipment, installation or monitoring is between you and the provider, not us. We do not control and are not responsible for their products, services, pricing or conduct.

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any security system will prevent loss, injury or damage.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of this site or from any referral made through it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Switch Home Security is registered, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
