Do Not Call Policy

Our commitment

Switch Home Security maintains an internal Do Not Call list and honours the National Do Not Call Registry. If you ask us not to call you, we will record that request and stop calling.

How to be removed

• On a call: tell the advisor you want to be placed on our Do Not Call list. It is recorded immediately.
• By email: send the phone number you want removed to inquiry@switchhomesecurity.com with the subject "Do Not Call".
• By text: reply STOP to any message you receive from us.

Removal takes effect as soon as it is processed and no later than 30 days from your request. We keep the record for at least five years.

Why you may have heard from us

We call people who asked us to — by submitting the callback form on this site with express written consent, or by calling us and asking to be rung back. We do not buy cold-call lists.

National Do Not Call Registry

You can register your number free at donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222 from the number you wish to register.

Call recording

Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and training. Where recording applies you are notified at the start of the call, and you may ask for recording to stop.
